Booking Conditions during the pandemic

Please take some time to read these carefully before making a booking.

We are delighted to announce that all our restaurants, namely Il Michelangelo Weston, Il Michelangelo Brockmoor and Mediterranevm Congresbury are open!

Welcome news indeed for all concerned. We look forward to seeing our customers, regulars and new, very soon.


However, in line with the government’s guidelines, things will be a little different for the foreseeable future.



REDUCED CAPACITY IN THE RESTAURANTS

Due to the social distancing guidelines, our capacity in the restaurants will be reduced. This is to protect you, the customer and our dedicated staff. Although the 2 metre rule has been relaxed, to safeguard everyone concerned we will try to maintain the 2 metres as much as we can.
We have also installed screens to help with social distancing where possible.



BOOKINGS: NO MORE THAN 2 HOUSEHOLDS PER BOOKING

Tables are strictly reserved for customers who have booked online using the booking forms on our respective websites. Please give as much notice as possible. This will not guarantee a table. A member of staff will contact you with confirmation as soon as possible – DO NOT ATTEND THE RESTAURANT UNTIL YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. Whist we strongly recommend that you book online, we will accept telephone bookings. Demand will be high so please be patient.



RESTRICTIONS PER TABLE

Unfortunately, again for the foreseeable future, we can only seat no more than 2 households per booking. There can be no exceptions to this rule.



WALK-IN CUSTOMERS

Whist we love to welcome walk-in customers, they will be on a strictly first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to those who have booked in advance either online or by telephone. There will, unfortunately be some waiting time for customers without prior bookings.



CUSTOMER DETAILS

To comply further with the government guidelines, EVERY customer visiting the restaurant will have to sign in and provide their contact details. This is to help future tracing in the event of another outbreak of the virus.
